Welcome to ZAMVEXA STUDIO. By purchasing a service, submitting payment, or working with us on a project, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services

The exact services included depend on the package or custom service purchased.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all information and materials reasonably required to complete their project, including product information, images, logos, branding materials, policies, account access, and other requested content.
Delays in providing required information, approvals, or account access may extend the project timeline.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the products, images, trademarks, claims, and other materials they provide can legally be used on their store.
3. Payments
Payment is required according to the terms presented at checkout or agreed upon before work begins.
Work may not begin until the required payment has been received.
Any additional work outside the scope of the purchased package may require an additional fee. The client will be informed before additional paid work is performed.
4. Project Timeline
Estimated completion times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific deadline has been agreed to in writing.
Project timelines may be affected by:
-
Client response times
-
Product quantity
-
Requested customizations
-
Third-party platform approvals
-
App or integration issues
-
Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, or other platform-related delays
-
Additional revisions or requests
ZAMVEXA STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions related to the original project scope may be provided during the development process.
Major redesigns, additional pages, additional products, new functionality, or requests outside the original package may be considered additional work and may require an additional fee.
6. Products Included in Packages
Product listing limits are based on the package purchased.
For example, if a package includes up to 10, 25, or 30 product listings, additional listings beyond that limit may require an additional charge.
Unused product listing capacity has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for unrelated services.
7. Third-Party Services
Some projects require services provided by third parties, including Shopify, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, domain registrars, payment processors, email providers, themes, and Shopify apps.
ZAMVEXA STUDIO does not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee:
-
Account approval
-
Advertising approval
-
Merchant account approval
-
Product approval
-
Platform availability
-
App functionality
-
Search rankings
-
Advertising results
-
Sales or conversion results
Clients are responsible for third-party subscription, domain, app, advertising, transaction, and platform fees unless otherwise agreed.
8. Sales & Performance
ZAMVEXA STUDIO may design and configure stores with conversion and usability best practices, but we do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, traffic, advertising performance, search rankings, or any specific business result.
Business performance depends on many factors outside the website itself, including products, pricing, advertising, customer demand, competition, and business operations.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Because our services involve customized digital work, payments may become non-refundable once work on the project has started.
If a client requests cancellation before work begins, ZAMVEXA STUDIO may review the request and determine whether a refund is available.
Once substantial work, custom design, coding, setup, configuration, or product listing work has been completed, refunds are generally not provided for completed work.
If ZAMVEXA STUDIO is unable to provide a purchased service, an appropriate refund or other resolution may be provided for the portion of the service that was not completed.
10. Client Approval & Store Launch
Before launch, clients should review their store, including:
-
Product information and pricing
-
Shipping settings
-
Payment settings
-
Policies
-
Contact information
-
Discounts
-
Store design
-
Mobile appearance
-
Integrations
Once the client approves the store for launch, the client assumes responsibility for the ongoing operation of the store.
11. Post-Launch Support
Post-launch support is provided only when included in the purchased package or separately agreed upon.
For packages that include 30 days of post-launch support, the support period begins when the store is launched or the completed project is delivered, whichever occurs first.
Post-launch support covers reasonable assistance with work completed by ZAMVEXA STUDIO. It does not automatically include new designs, new features, additional product listings, ongoing store management, or unrelated development.
12. Store Ownership
After all required payments have been completed, the client retains ownership of their Shopify store, products, customer information, and client-provided branding/content.
Third-party themes, applications, fonts, images, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
13. Custom Code
Custom code created specifically for a client's project may be installed on the client's store as part of the purchased service.
Future Shopify updates, theme updates, app updates, or modifications made by the client or another developer may affect custom functionality.
ZAMVEXA STUDIO is not responsible for issues caused by modifications made after project completion by the client, another developer, an application, or a third-party platform.
14. Account Security
Clients should maintain control of their primary Shopify account and other business accounts whenever possible.
When access is required, clients should use appropriate collaborator, staff, or partner access methods when available.
Clients are responsible for changing or removing access after the project is completed when appropriate.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZAMVEXA STUDIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our services or from third-party platforms.
Our total liability relating to a particular project will not exceed the amount paid to ZAMVEXA STUDIO for the service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
